VIBS not only recognizes all forms of teen dating violence, but also the impact that it has on survivors and their families. All year long, VIBS provides free and confidential services for teens, children and adults and offer both in-person and remote assistance as we continue to navigate COVID-19. VIBS Statement on VOCA Decision

Despite strong efforts by VIBS, otherorganizations and activists, members of Congress recently decided to cut the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) by $500 millionfor FY’21and did not include a provision to prevent additional cuts in the future.This is on top of a $860 million cut the year prior.VIBS relies heavily on VOCA, as ithelps us to continue to provide free and confidential counseling, legal assistance,forensic exams, advocacy and other much-needed services forsurvivors and their families.

To all VIBS staff, community supporters and friends who have joined us this month in our efforts to prevent the cuts from happening, thank youfor standing beside us. We will continue to ask for your support with future campaigns and willprovide tools and resources on reaching out toyour Congressional representatives and for spreading the word on social media.Reina Schiffrin, VIBS Executive Director stated,“We will continue to call upon our Representatives to join us in prioritizing the VOCA fix at the beginning of the 117th Congress.”

The Cuban government has opened the country wide for tourism, so that Cuba can have an economy. Yet this actually brings a lot of sugar daddies to Cuba. In this country, you can find a wide variety of women: from Cuban girls who are looking for husbands, to sugar babies who are looking for sugar daddies. In this article, you will learn seven rules of dating Cuban women (no matter what kind of women you are looking for, you will find something useful here).

Rule 1: If you want to find a Cuban wife, you’ll need to become the man she wants. The best way to do it is to demonstrate the values she finds attractive. First of all, you’ll need to find out her values. For instance, you can see what her values are by talking with her. If she is interested in animals, you can tell her a story about how you love animals (don’t say “I love animals, too!” Instead, show her you love animals through telling her a story.) Some Cuban women like assertive/aggressive men, whereas others prefer passive men that they can cuddle with. Find out which type she would like to have and project that image at your Cuban girl.

Rule 2: If getting a Cuban wife is your goal, you’ll need to identify whether she is wife material.Some Cuban ladies aren’t wife/girlfriend material. The easiest way to test her is to say, “Monogamous relationships are so boring, right?” If she says, “Yes, it’s too boring”, then you know she shouldn’t become your wife. If she disagrees with you, that means she is probably your potential Cuban bride. This is ten times more effective than asking her, “Do you like monogamous relationships?” Similarly, you shouldn’t ask her, “Do you smoke?” because she is very likely to lie to you. Instead, simply ask her if she would like a cigarette or how many cigarettes she needs every day. Then you’ll know the true answer.

Rule 3: If you are looking for a sugar baby in Cuba, you don’t necessarily have to be super rich.We all know that having a sugar baby is very expensive in Western countries such as the United States and Australia. However, if you aren’t filthy rich and still would like to have a sugar baby, you can visit Cuba where local girls won’t disappoint you. That’s because many Cuban beauties consider Western men very wealthy. You can meet sugar babies quickly in Cuba. Of course, everything is negotiable, so you should discuss terms and conditions with your Cuban sugar baby from the beginning.

You’ll need to clarify what type of women you are looking for in Cuba before visiting this country.

Rule 4: A sugar baby isn’t a prostitute. This rule applies to Cuba as well as other countries. Always remember that a sugar baby is not a prostitute. In the end, it’s really up to you when it comes to expectations in a sugar relationship with a Cuban sugar baby. Some sugar babies don’t even want cash; they prefer gifts. But no matter what you can offer, you need to set up the right standards, e.g. how many times you need to see your Cuban sugar baby each week, what activities you two are supposed to do together, etc.

Rule 5: Technically, even prostitutes aren’t prostitutes in Cuba. In actuality, there aren’t many brothels in Cuba. There isn’t any hourly rate, etc. Chances are you are talking to a random girl (or she talks to you first) and you two have a great time together (having dinner, going to the nightclub to dance, and so forth), and at the end of the night she goes to your place. When you think you just had a one-night-stand with a hot Cuban beauty, after waking up in the morning she says something along the lines of, “Do you have some extra money to help my family with my grandmother’s illness?” Then you’ll have to pay her. That’s why I said even prostitutes are not really prostitutes in Cuba (well, technically, they aren’t prostitutes).

Rule 6: Always wear a condom. In Cuba, you must wear a condom each time you have sex with a Cuban girl. STDs are quite common in Cuba and you don’t really know who you are sleeping with in this country. You only stop wearing a condom when you are 100% sure the Cuban woman you are dating is going to be your long-term partner. Otherwise, be careful!

Rule 7: Things are so cheap in Cuba, so be a generous guy.If you are from a developed country, visiting Cuba is really cheap. You’ll be very glad to see how cheap things are in this country. Therefore, it’s a good idea to pay on dates and look after your Cuban girlfriend. Being a real gentleman can’t be easier here.

In Conclusion, you’ll need to clarify what type of women you are looking for in Cuba before visiting this country. Then you will be able to identify the right woman when she comes. Knowing what you want is the prerequisite of getting what you want.
